La Mer de Pianos is a short film that features Marc Manceaux and his shop Fournitures Generales Pour le Piano, the oldest piano shop in Paris. Marc’s story is quite unique as he works in what some may call a Piano scrap yard, but for others it’s a heaven, a heaven for piano lovers. Unfortunately, Marc is selling a bit less every year which means that this beautiful store won’t be around for a long time. Yet, Tom Wrigglesworth and Mathieu Cuvelier did an amazing job capturing this beautiful short film.
Five paramilitary Navy SEAL operators defend the residents of a remote mountain farming village in Afghanistan from attacks by marauding Taliban. Led by the war weary Hector, the operators and villagers form mutual bonds of honor and respect leading up to a climactic battle where the “Lions of Panjshir” are desperately outnumbered.
It’s going to be a game, a comic and a film. The Rubicon is going to be some crazy shit. Stay frosty!
